Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

At Fludded Inc, we are dedicated to delivering High Quality Fashion products and Outstanding Customer Service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns are refunded through store credit in the form of a Fludded Inc Gift Card and in some case cash refunds that you will be able to use to exchange for size only. Processing of returns typically takes 5-7 business days from the receipt of your item(s) at our Distribution/Fulfillment Center. To receive your store credit, please initiate your return at contact@fluddedco.com


Return Eligibility:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice. Failure to include the invoice may delay the processing of your return.
Please note: Non-eligible items will not receive credit

Return Process, Shipping Labels, and Costs:
Please begin your return process through our Return Portal.
Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the online. Returns must clearly indicate the items being returned. Incorrect information provided may cause processing delays.

Fludded Inc does not provide shipping labels for return parcels. You may ship your return parcel using the shipping carrier of your choice.

Fludded Inc is not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending back your returns.

Refund Procedure:
Inspection Process: All returns undergo inspection by our Fulfillment Center QC team. If an item is unsellable or outside of eligibility you will not be issued a credit.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via a Fludded Inc Gift Card, store credit or cash refund for the equivalent amount, excluding shipping and Surify charges.

Delivery of Gift Card:
The digital gift card will be sent to the email address provided during the return process and can be used immediately on our website or in-store. Digital gift cards expire 5 years from the issue date.

Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, including swimwear, earrings, face masks, hair accessories, and ski masks are considered “final sale” and are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.

Please Note: If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Advisors (contact@fluddeddco.com) within 7 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Please be prepared to submit photos of the damaged, defective, or unordered item as proof.

Rights Reserved for Returns:
We retain the authority to define, restrict, decline, or reject returns from customers under the following circumstances:

A pattern of irregular or excessive returns suggesting “wardrobing.”
An irregular or excessive history of returns involving used, modified/altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete items.

Suspected fraudulent or criminal behavior.
Likewise, we maintain the right to deny service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity for similar reasons as stated above.

Non-Fludded Inc items received at our Distribution/Fulfillment Center will be disposed of upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fluddedco.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect Fludded Inc reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Fludded Inc reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Fludded Inc reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Lost Items

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Fludded Inc does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
