Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, you have 48hrs to make changes to your existing order. For changes email us at contact@fluddedco.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Need more time to pay we also accept Affirm, Afterpay, Sezzel, Zip and Klarna buy now pay later options.
How do I place an order?
Select the products you like, add them to your cart, check out when your ready. Pay using your preferred payment method and you will receive your goods in 3-7 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
What should I do if my order is delayed?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. If your package doesn't make it there by the excepted date contact us right away.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery time is 10 business days.
Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Where do you ship to?
For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from fluddedco.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Returns and Refunds
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via a Fludded Inc Gift Card, store credit or cash refund for the equivalent amount, excluding shipping and WooPay charges.

What is your return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, feel free to check out as a guest and your order conformation number and tracking information will be emailed to you.

No, only one discount code per order unless specified.
